Large items include bulk packaging, display stands, or special custom orders that exceed standard parcel sizes.
Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
To preserve this right, the consumer must ensure that the products remain in their original condition. If the item is destroyed, damaged, or otherwise impaired through no fault of the customer, the customer still retains the right to request contract termination. A decrease in value due to unpacking or checking the product’s functionality does not prevent the consumer from submitting a refund request.
The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:
- Fully equipped product
- A receipt proving the purchase from the MyCovers.Store online shop
- Warranty card (if applicable)

A report describing the defect issued by our service department
The refund for the goods will be processed within the time limits established by current legislation.

Almost – but not quite. Next-day delivery is available on most covers, cases, and accessories, but some custom or bulk orders may require extra time.
For most orders, yes we’ll need someone to sign for it to keep your purchase safe. But if you’d prefer a safe place drop-off, let us know when you order.
